I’m Hamsini Chintala, and I am a junior at Urbana High School. I have been volunteering with USTEMM for the last five years, taking a special part in leading the Anatomy & Physiology Program, which helped me share my interest in biology with other students in the community.

My name is Erleen Kaur, and I am a senior at Urbana High School, passionate about STEM and interested in pursuing a career in medicine. At USTEMM, I have taught courses on Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Terminology, Chemistry, and Biotechnology over the last three years.

My name is Ayra Zafar and I am a senior at Urbana High School, with a deep interest in pursuing a career in medicine. I have been volunteering at USTEMM for over five years, leading classes such as anatomy and physiology, robotics, medical terminology, and biotechnology.
Madina Dalili
Madina Dalili is a volunteer with USTEMM who is passionate about STEM education and community outreach. She helps lead the Heart & Health Initiative and the Foldable Me: An Anatomical Adventure anatomy program, creating interactive, hands-on activities for younger students.
Parker Warburton
I’m a senior in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at Urbana High with a strong interest in chemistry, medicine, and public health. I have competed twice at the national level of the U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad and am leading USTEMM’s chemistry course this fall.

I am a rising 8th grader at Urbana Middle School. I do math at a competitive level, placing top 5 in regional competitions and qualifying for state-level MATHCOUNTS. I enjoy aerospace engineering and have won multiple first place county awards for my projects on it.

Hi! My name is Akshath Mangu and I am a rising junior at Urbana High School, with aspirations to go into mechanical engineering. I love teaching the kids at USTEMM, and in my free time I enjoy making music.
Abhinav Komperla
Hi, my name is Abhinav Komperla, and I am a rising sophomore and an active NCO member of the Civil Air Patrol. I have been volunteering with USTEMM for the past four years, leading classes in subjects such as physics and currently teaching math at the I-270 location.

I am a rising senior at Urbana High School and am interested in pursuing Nursing. I love doing anything STEM related, from learning about biomed to calculus. I have volunteered with USTEMM for the past three years and greatly enjoy everything it has brought me.
Sri Rudresh
My name is Sri Rudresh, a rising 7th grader at Urbana Middle School and a long-term member and volunteer of USTEMM. I enjoy helping students build confidence in mathematics, teaching from foundational math through Pre-Algebra, and help with STEM workshops like Sphero and Tinkercad.
Mihir Kumar
Mihir Kumar is a senior at Urbana High School. He is the Director of Partnership and Maryland Chapter Lead of Recycle My Battery, mentors FIRST Lego League teams in the community, and teaches math with USTEMM, helping younger students get a jump start in math.
Muhammad Aahil Zubair
My name is Aahil, and I’m a 9th grader at Urbana High School, an active member of Boy Scouts of America, and a robotics participant for the past four years. This summer, I helped lead the Tinkercad and 3D Printing STEM class through the USTEMM–YMCA collaboration.

My name is Zara, and I’m a 7th grader who has always been curious about science, especially anatomy. I have co-led several science workshops on anatomy and physiology, and recently helped with the Heart Initiative, teaching hands-on skills like checking pulse and blood pressure.

Hi! My name is Parnika Sodhi, a 7th grader at Urbana Middle School who has been part of USTEMM since 4th grade. I was a junior instructor for the Anatomy and Physiology class and helped teach the Heart & Health Initiative, including measuring blood pressure and pulse.
Kanish Agrawal
Hey! I’m Kanish Agrawal, a freshman at Urbana High School with interests in STEM and Law. I’ve been part of USTEMM for 5 years and currently mentor our Robotics and CAD programs. I’ve also served in Recycle My Battery, where I was part of their World Record.
Uma Kini
Hey! I’m Uma Kini, a senior at Urbana High School, passionate about global health and medical law. I’ve been with USTEMM since fall of 2025 and have helped with the genomics, chemistry, and biotools programs, giving kids in our community the chance to engage with STEM experiments.
Megha Joshi
I’m Megha Joshi, and I am a senior at Urbana High School. I have a passion for all things STEM and hope to spread that to others. I have taught courses in Chemistry and Biotools over the last year, and I love to crochet and draw in my free time.
Rishi Tripathi
I am Rishi Tripathi, a junior at Urbana High School associated with USTEMM for more than five years. I have taught math and helped teach robotics and CAD workshops at the YMCA, community centers, and libraries. I have earned the Gold Presidential Service Award twice.
Sanjana Choudhary
I am Sanjana Choudhary, a senior at Clarksburg High School in Montgomery County, MD, with a huge passion for STEM. I am involved in the Medical Pathways Program and worked as an observer at the Johns Hopkins Medical School under the gynecology/obstetrics department.
Tejas Gangaplara
My name is Tejas Gangaplara, a freshman at Urbana High School and part of USTEMM for over five years. For the past year I’ve volunteered as a math and Spheros instructor, and I’m also involved with Recycle My Battery, where I contributed to a world record project.
